Foam Nest Tree Frog - Food

Good day. I am new at this frogging feeding stuff. Please advise on what kind of food I can give this little guy? At the moment I give him meal worms (we struggle to get very small one) and crickets (Pinheads) his not a big fan of the crickets. In our water thank that we have out side (we collect the rain water) there is small little red worm in the water. Will it be ok for me to give that to him/her as well? Any other food that I can give him?
