You mentioned in your other post that this behavior started after several plants died in the tank. If you haven't replaced the plants they could just be hiding where they feel secure. Adding more plants (live or fake) will provide some cover and they might feel more comfortable coming out into the open. From a frog's perspective a wide-open area with no cover can put them at risk of being ambushed by a predator, so providing more cover actually results in seeing your frogs more.
I have since bought more plants, both live and fake. But they both now seem to be spending a lot of time in the waterfall..

The tank has been moved near to the window. There is one UV light and a spot light too.

The water tends to evaporate so I top up the water every day then give the tank a wipe down each week.

Used hot water to clean the walls of the tank, took out the fake plants and waterfall and dishes and rocks get soaked in hot water in the sink.
