Definitely up the tank temp, lower temperatures can cause digestion issues. Did the vet ever do a fecal test or are they just guessing on the treatment? Have you seen her shedding? Could be she is ingesting a lot of substrate and that's causing her to be stoved up. Pics of her enclosure would help. Did you take the frog to Brookwood? (I've had my frogs fecal tested thru the mail by one of their vets).
