Your best bet is to avoid any cleaning products, because they could sicken the frog.
I would say soak whatever items you bring in from the outside in hot water for a good amount of time to kill off the majority of harmful things. Unless it's ridden with chunks of foreign soil to your frog, it should be a safe bet to use.
