Bullfrog croaking, Male?

So, my African Bullfrog croaks from time to time, I just want to confirm, croaking is an indication that the frog in question is male, right? I think I read that somwhere before.
Would be thankful for confirmation either way.

Yes, if that is croaking, females produce noises too, but more high pitch, like like us girls lol
