It looks like a darker spotted Hyla cinerea, or American Green Tree Frog. I have two of them, and the stripe down the side is a pretty big identification factor.

Sweet thank you so much I have been looking and looking trying to figure out what type of tree frog he is. I looked up the calls to see if it matched his and the mating call did match the calls i've heard him give. I think he is upset I took his gal away from him but when I got them I noticed she had a broken legSo she is is froggy quarantine until her leg gets better. I have never treated a frog with a broken leg so I hope she does okay.
I agree with Josh, an Am. Green. Sorry to hear about your other frogglehope she heals up good for you!

Thank you I hope so as well I have never cared for a hurt frog before and I didn't know till after I picked the pair up. She just kinda drags her leg around but she eats fine and gets in her little water dish. Guess it will just be a time game. Thank you for responding as well![]()
You're welcome, anytime!![]()
