After treatment and waiting, I finally moved Bonk in with Julep (the smaller frog). Weirdly it seems to have calmed him down and made him a little bolder. If the other frog isn't panicking and running I think he assumes things must be okay.

It is harder to feed two frogs in the same tank and Julep keeps trying to eat Bonk's bugs but other than that things seem fine.
