Here's a nice tutorial on identifying tadpoles. Not sure where you are located, but it has several common tadpoles listed. As adults, bullfrogs have a ridge that starts behind the eye and runs down behind the tympanic membrane, ending near the corner of the mouth. I'm not sure what age it develops, though.
