    It could be infected...so the vet is the best thing to do.
    Remove the frog to a QT tank.

    Regarding this behavior of constantly of constantly trying to get out, jumping at, or pushing against the screen.
    It very well may be..... exactly that....... 'trying to get out' It's stressed.

    If you are housing your 3 species together, may I respectively suggest you separate them and house one species per enclosure.
