Whites Tree Frog Question

This is really confusing..none of my tanks have live plants. I've been researching for hours.
So I need hydro balls, foam divider, and then a substrate. Will eco earth work for the plants?
I have this type of moss: 4 Quart Green Sphagnum Moss
What plants should I get? Do you know of any good websites to buy these things?
And the bulb I have will work for plants? Could the cleaning crew be just isopods?
For water I'll just get a large water dish.

I might be going to reptile show (I'm not sure if it has whites) or I'll buy one online.
How many gallons does the quarantine have to be?

This is the only "natural" tank I have.
It's my hermit crab tank and it doesn't have any live plants.
