Hi everyone, I was feeding my frogs today, and after dumping some D. melanogaster in the dusting cup I noticed a few of some other kind of insect crawling around with the flies. I've never seen them before so I'm hoping someone else here can identify them. Thanks for looking!

The picture is not real clear but it looks like a beetle larvae.
Some kind of dermestid beetle larvae (aka carpet beetle)?
Here's a thread from years back with some clear pictures of the version I found in my crickets:

I have also seen these before with cricket or super/mealworm shipments.
Original Poster, if you bought the ff's from an actual seller vs homemade I would contact them and ask about the extra insects in the culture. If they are a dermestid beetle it isn't necessarily bad (never heard of one in a ff culture though), but it would be nice to know ahead of time.
Thanks for posting everyone! I also posted this on reddit.com under /r/whatsthisbug and they said Dermistid beetle larvae as well. After looking at some pictures I'm pretty sure it's a Dermestes lardarius larvae, as I've seen the adult beetles around the house from time to time. I make my own FF cultures so haven't bought any in a long time, but I do buy crickets for my milk frogs, so I'm guessing they hitch hiked in with them. A couple weeks ago this culture did have a tiny unexplained hole in the lid, which I guess has now been explained...
