I know Firebellies are toxic, my question is, If I use a 125 gallon tank with about a 65% water to 35% land, with good filtration can I have a few fish in with one firebelly safely?

You can do it successful with a much smaller tank even. The toxicity of FBT's tend to be over exaggerated a bit. I kept white cloud minnows, ghost shrimp, and a mystery snail in a 20 gallon set up for a while before moving them to a smaller terrestrial enclosure.

I agree with Matt on all points, especially the over exaggeration. If they were as toxic as people say, every living thing around their natural habitats would be extinct lol some people argue that over long periods of time, toxins can build up. But if you do refusal water changes and use chemical filtration media in your filter (charcoal, purigen, bio chem orb), then I believe, that's not an issue.
