    3----Please include a photo of the frog's current enclosure
    4----size of enclosure 50 gallons
    5----# on inhabitants - 1 anole 1 gray tree frog
    6----has or was the frog kept with a different species or with any other tank mate yes
    7----is there a new tank mate----was the new tank mate quarantined no
    8----what is the typical humidity level 70%
    9----what temperature is maintained 65-80
    10---what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure lamp
    11---describe the enclosure lighting one side brighter than the other but all in all pretty bright
    12---describe change water every few days wash decor with hot water wipe down tank with water
    13---what kind of water is used
    -----for misting dechorinated
    -----for the frog's soaking dish declorinated
    -----is de-chlorinator used / what brand repti safe
    14---material(s) used for substrate - be very specific exo earth sphagnum moss
    15---enclosure set up: two water dishes lots of live plants grape vine
    -----if recent - describe how the enclosure was cleaned

    Those pics look BAD Did he develop those areas after you brought him home, or did he have the black marks and raw spots when you bought him? To me it already looks like he has infection, unless those black marks are bruising... it looks like something has been chewing on him! Other than all this he NEEDS his crickets dusted with Calcium/D3 once a week and a multivitamin dust once a week.

    This frog needs a vet, there is no doubt in my mind about that.
