my ipod wont let me post pictures right now but my tree frog has a swollen nostril slightly oozing red. and slightly red bottom lip, my other has a red spot at the back corner of each eye. im a petcare specialist at petsmart and i usual can handle dosing and treating my self, but ive never used tc tetracyclin . im using NON PAINreliveing triple antibotic onintment 2 to 3 times a day , it doesnt look like it is spreading but i definitally know its a infection. i cleaned out the terrarium really really well. as well as keeping them hydrated and clean. i was told by the guy i origionally got them from that i can use a tetracycline bath/ eye dropper onto the wounds. (im trying to get a hold of baytril for a oral med it if gets worse.) i picked up T.C. tetracycline in the fish section. each packet contains 500mg. does anyone know how much i use for red eyed tree frogs, or the correct ratio of water to meds?
