Gray tree frog tadpole

i am soon getting gray tree frogs and my parents dont want the noise to be crazy and i know that females dont make noise as much as males i am getting tadpoles from my neighbors pond i know this is a stupid question but i need to know is there any way to find out if a tadpole is male or female

No, there isn't. You'll have to wait until they're adults to see what they're going to be. My male grey tree frog is loud, but it's not a constant noise. Maybe 2 or 3 times a day/night he'll chirp for about 2-3 minutes. He answers sirens or violins, strange stuff like that, but he usually only does that until whatever noise he's calling to stops.

Not really, no one else in my house ever complains either. Sometimes it's pretty funny to hear what he'll respond to.

I think you'll have to wait until your gray tree frog is mature, do you know if it's a common gray treefrog (H. versicolor) or Cope's gray tree frog (Hyla chrysocelis).
