Too cute! I got my first frog, also a GABF, at the end of December.

I just picture how that thing flies out from under there into the dish every time something is dropped in. onday it will be so fat it will have to make several attempts to catch something right infront of it

Congrats on your frog, I hope it's happy and healthy and brings you joy for a long time.

The substrate looks a bit dry, and if you don't have it already, you should get a digital gauge to measure temp and humidity. Follow the guidelines in the top sticky thread about it's care. If you ever have questions or are unsure about something, ask the forum.

I have a digital Humidistat and its at 90% down to about 75%.. should I still worry about the substrate being dry?

For the substrate, you want it just damp enough that it can clump. A good gauge to use is by getting some drenching wet, then wring it out by hand as hard as you can, kind of like you would if you were making a really hard snowball. The resulting substrate in your hand is just about perfect. You can then make all the substrate using that method, or just add water and mix until you reach that feel.
