Healthy Anole?

Hello everybody. Lots of freaking sweet tanks I see. Kudos to all of you. I have a question. I just received this anole from pet supplies plus. My dad took me. And to me he doesn't look healthy... what do all of you say? Also any tips for plants and or decor for a FBT and a Box Turtle (Ornate) tank? Your help is always valuable.
