FBT has cloudy white eyes I need help

I just bought two fire bellied toads one male other female. The female is healthy. The male just been sitting in one spot for six hours. His eyes are white and cloudy looking and I'm probably going to take him back to petco but not sure if that's a good idea to replace him or if I can fix the eye situation. Any help be nice I'll even send a pic

Take him back, and don't buy from petco. Try a reputable breeder or specialty petstore to buy your frogs. To be honest, I would take the female back too. They most likely have mites and the male probably has cloudy eye.
