Is he still alive? He is definately sick mine had that blotchy color which can mean bacterial infection. Try soaking him Melafix and pimafix found in the fish section. Safe for frogs. Use a drop or two of each in about a cup of water and let him soak for a few minutes. Do this for about a week.
