Welcome aboard, sounds like you love frogs almost as much as much as I do....almost.
I think the best place to get frogs is from a reptile show. You get to see them first hand and also talk with the supplier. Try to stick with captive bred animals they are usually better suited as pets, less risk of health problems, and you're not removing another frog from the wild.
