Whites tree frog - what is wrong?

My whites tree frog isn't eating (for 4 days) and is very thin.
She sits on the floor a lot - unusually as she used to spend a lot of time in the top corners.
Recently I fed her meal worms instead of crickets as pets at home had no crickets for a few days - I worry that one may have given her a stomach ulcer?
shes not really an abnormal colour and I don't think her legs are any more red than usual.
I would really appreciate a hand as I'm a newbie frog keeper and ive already lost one frog in the past year.

10---what is, specifically, being used to maintain the temperature of the enclosure
11---describe the enclosure lighting ( very specifically)
12---describe enclosure maintenance ( water changes, cleaning etc)
13---what kind of water is used

Hi. Sorry about your little one..

Mealworms arent recommended for WTF's.. Very hard to digest due to the hard shell..

I learned the hard way with mine.. You may have impaction on your hands..

Soak her in warm water mixed with honey.. Then just in warm water.. 20 minutes each is what I do. And try feeding waxworm or nightcrawler
