    Default Drilling exo terra tanks/ supplies

    A member has asked questions regarding the supplies I use to drill my exo terra tanks

    I use the quick connect vs one with a 'spigot' :
    1) so it drains naturally
    2) so there is not frequent tension put on the area where the quick connect is silicone in the drilled opening.

    I silicone a pc of fiberglass screen ...covering the opening... on the inside ... to prevent substrate from getting into the tubing.
