That white stuff coming out of the toad is their Bufo toxin. Unfortunately the toad is dead. The bufo toxin is the toads self defense system if something tries to eat it, this toxin usually only comes out if the toad is in danger but will also come out if the toad dies or if the paratoid gland somehow ruptures.
