    Nice looking frog!
They don't necessarily get darker/lighter just from stress, more often it's the substrate they're on at the time. Like, they'll get brighter sitting on paper towels than in eco-earth. Mainly just didn't want you to think she was really stressed out if she changes color on you again

Oh okay thanks, that's good to know! The guy I got her from had her on (dry) coco coir, which is what I use but damp of course so I wonder why she changed! I had to up the exposure when I took this pic to really match her color so the paper towel looks super white haha she's also in shed so I think that's a good sign c:

I think sometimes they change color just to mess with us. I have a WTF that regularly goes from being brown to lime green in the course of a day just based on where in his tank he's sitting.

That's really interesting! She's just in a Kritter Keeper for now and she pretty much stays in the same spot 24/7 haha
I've taken in Leopard geckos that were kept without heat and they always brightened up after getting warm so my mind just went there when I saw how bright Waka got c:

It is possible for the frog to have the albino gene and not be an albino. That is probably what was meant by albino mix. One parent was an albino and the other was a brown. You get both from the spawning most of the time.
