Good day everyone, hopeing someone can shed some light on a few things for me. So I have a baby albino and everything seems ok except for the last 4 days he keeps burying himself and wont come up. Not last night but the night before I dug him up put about 5 crickets in there and they were all gone by the morning. Last night I put 4 crickets in and he didn't come up to eat and I took them out this morning. before he started doing this I took him out to put him in a tub to eat because he wont take from my tongs yet, they scare him I think. He wouldn't even look at the crickets he just wanted to get back into his enclosure. I have had him for about three weeks and he has ate almost everynight except these last couple days. He has pooped 5 times in the 3 weeks he goes to water to soak so all in all he seems healthy. My question is since he is just a little guy should I dig him up everynight to feed, or should I wait and see if he will come up himself or is it ok to dig him up every second night? I know he is a baby and needs to eat so im not sure about this one. I think the takeing him out to eat really stressed him. His heat is at 84f and I let drop to 80f at night. Could it be that im not letting it drop enough at night for him to know its night. And my last question is does anyone know if the vitamin schedule carlos has in the feeder part of the forum is ok for pacman frogs or should he get the calcium D3 3xs a week instead of 2. Oh and there was poop yesterday morning so I know hes digesting and stuff. Is it possible that if he buries himself far enough down since hes a baby he cant find his way out? And before I tried to feed outside the enclosure he was only burying far enough down so I could still see him, now he is disappearing. So all in all hes healthy just don't know whats up with the little bugger.
