    Default Ambitious Noob

Hello. After a few weeks, FrogForum has definitely become my favorite website. I'm 17 years old but frogs have always intrigued me and been my favorite animals. Only recently did I get a job and become able to afford frogs and their needs. Currently all I have is a Pyxiecephalus Adspersus named Gromp, but I'm ambitious for other species as well! Anyway, I'll be seeing you guys on the forums and learning from the experienced on this site. Thanks, FrogForum.

Welcome, and congratulations on getting into the frog hobby.

I understand what you mean about always having been intrigued by frogs, as I have been too. I'm just getting back in, after being out for around 15 years.

What kinds of frogs do you think you're interested in keeping?

Thank you all Crunchy, I'm interested in a lot of species. Right now I'm mostly interested in the "fat frogs" such as Pyxies, Pacmans, and Budgett's. But I also love the way tree frogs look, however right now I don't believe I'd be able to provide them with the best care possible so I'll wait until I have a higher budget. Pachoulzy, thank you, I thought Gromp was a fitting name for a fat little pyxie haha. And I'm pretty sure I'm addicted haha, they're just great animals to observe and appreciate.

I Budgetts! I will definitely have one someday. My 8 year old once said to me, "If I had one of those frogs, I would love it, it would make me laugh every day with his happy goofy face, I could never be sad with a budgett frog in the house."
