Light for Vision

I'm a noob to the hobby, and was curious if there are any lights out there that simply provide vision, no heat? Summer is coming around and I won't have a need for my redlights, but I'll also still want to be able to see my frogs and monitor their temp/humidity. I would also use the light for a 12/12 setup. I was thinking something that attaches to the top of the tank longways but I can't find anything that fits the need online. Any help or links to products would be greatly appreciated. What size of tank? LED lights put of next to no heat.
