Default Is my Pacman frog in estivation?

Hi I've had my ocean frog for a few weeks and he's only a few months old. At the beginning of the week I noticed he wasn't eating much and then was buried down in his dirt. I went to check on him and he wouldn't move, his breathing was shallow (still is) and is just like skin and bones. I read to put him in a honey bath which he is currently sitting in. He takes a few sharp breaths every now and then. Is he okay? Should I just let him bury himself back down?
