Hi there! I am new to to owning an amphibian and although I have spent a lot of time researching these frogs, I am still uncertain of his or her gender. I was hoping for some opinions to help? I have read the care guides and such, but I'm just not very confident in figuring it out myself. The attached picture is different views of my pet. The frog is currently being held for me until the terrarium I ordered arrives. It has ballooned a bit in the pictures as I imagine it is uncomfortable in the plastic critter cage while its enclosure was being cleaned.
Thanks for for the help!
I am leaning towards her being a lady frog. I've named her Ripley <3
Juvenile pixies are often difficult to sex. Generally, males are brighter green so I tend to agree it's a female. Nice dwarf![]()
