Default will small frogs be considered good treats

Ok, I admit, developed wasn't the proper word. Lol the accessibility was what I was trying to convey. Just as Australia has limited availability to fauna. People just tend to understand the "developed" phrase better.

Sometimes, it's about conveying the message, not the actual words

I'd probably jump my socks off if white's tree frogs were available here.

Then again as a person who keeps a lot of lizard and frog-eating snakes, i myself have bred only a particular species of commercially available frog as a feeder source.

But i wouldn't dare feed off tree frogs.. they're just too cute..

(Okay i'm gonna cry now. Don't mind me lol)

I believe that feeding frogs to other frogs is unethical.

I do admit I might have over reacted a bit, everyone has the right to feed their animal the way they want to. As long as it is in a healthy manner. I just dont believe in feeding frogs feeder frogs, cause there are a lot of other options out there and i dont have the heart to do it and i have the options for other feeders.

A lot of frogs eat other frogs in the wild, it's not really "unethical" and in a different country where a variety of feeders may not be available, sometimes you have to resort to less than ideal feeders in order to stay in the hobby.

I love frogs way too dang much to value the life of one frog over another, but that is just a personal feeling and I understand and accept that not everyone feels the same way.

I am going to lock this thread though, as the OP has gotten some advice and I do not see it going anywhere healthy in a forum of frog lovers.
