please help sid

Hello everyone.
I have a firebelly toad named sid, that is not eating. he won't eat crickets or mealworms. its been about 2 weeks.
It's noticeable now that he has lost weight. I have another toad named Randal who is doing just fine. Right now
All Sid wants to do is stay in the water. He hardly moves. I've tried hand feeding him every days for the past few days.
Does he have an illness?
