Default Still carrying heavy protozoa load?

I've posted about this before, sorry to keep repeating it, but just when I think my White's poop has stopped being runny it goes back to the way it was. I had him treated for excess protozoa but it didn't seem to make a difference at all. (Except maybe for making him extremely shy.)

I'm not sure what to do now, the antibiotics seemed to be hard on Bonk, but I'd like to eventually be able to introduce him to the big tank without fear of contaminating the tank/ the healthy frog. Am I going to have to keep him in a separate tank all his life? Should I go for another round of antibiotics? Or are the protozoa not that big of a concern?

    Thanks.

He shouldn't have runny poo... They can live with a certain amount of protozoa and be asymptomatic, but if he's got loose stools he's likely shedding lots of oocysts. Is he is a QT set up currently? I would switch to medicating him with oral metronidazole (Flagyl) the way I've been doing with mine. I think my situation is my guys weren't getting the medication often enough to completely help, so we are reevaluation the medication schedule for them.

Thanks for the reply. I've been away for the weekend and couldn't comment earlier.

It's weird...one time it'll look solid, then it will go back to runny. He's in QT right now, has been since I got him.

I guess it's another trip to the vet then. Last time I took him the vet said to just put him in the big tank. I think he was pretty exasperated with me for being so careful, but I'll do another trip if I need to.
