    He shouldn't have runny poo... They can live with a certain amount of protozoa and be asymptomatic, but if he's got loose stools he's likely shedding lots of oocysts. Is he is a QT set up currently? I would switch to medicating him with oral metronidazole (Flagyl) the way I've been doing with mine. I think my situation is my guys weren't getting the medication often enough to completely help, so we are reevaluation the medication schedule for them.

    Thanks for the reply. I've been away for the weekend and couldn't comment earlier.

    It's weird...one time it'll look solid, then it will go back to runny. He's in QT right now, has been since I got him.

    I guess it's another trip to the vet then. Last time I took him the vet said to just put him in the big tank. I think he was pretty exasperated with me for being so careful, but I'll do another trip if I need to.
