Paceman frog flipped over again...

So I am back again. I just got up and I saw my pacman frog was flipped over again...This is his second time he has flipped over. Last he did was about a month ago. I honestly think he has mbd, I've noticed he moves his legs very oddly. Having a lot of trouble getting around. I honestly don't know what else could be wrong. I keep all his temps and everything perfect. I posted not to long ago all his specs. Also both times I flipped him back over and he seemed ok. And both times he had been walking around his tank and had been digging, and to me looks like he accidentally flipped over in the hole he was digging and couldn't turn over.

From your description, I think your frog flipped over by accident. However, if your frog flips on his back often, then there is need for concern. I observed this strange behavior several times when I worked at the zoo as an amphibian keeper. Nearly every day, I saw several frogs on their backs struggling to right themselves. Other than that, the frogs were in good health. I brought this up with the other keepers and thus was our conclusion:

1) The frogs sensed some fear, whether real or perceived (Unken reflex)
2) There is a neurological problem

I thought that also. Because this is just his second time. And he seemed ok after i flipped him back over. Because he eats well and poops regularly. Thank you for replying.
