For tree frogs I highly recommend Ceramic Heat emitters. I do not think Exo Terra makes them, but they provide a long lasting heat solution that will not bake the moisture out of your tank. They also have the added benefit of producing 0 light while they heat so it can be used 24/7 in conjunction with a thermostat similar to the Hydrothem to maintain the temps of the vivarium
