heating?

Hi everyone, I'm keeping Australian red eyed tree frogs in a 45cm/18inch tall terrarium

I have no idea what kind of heating to use. I wanna stick to the exo Terra line.
Could someone tell me what Exo Terra heating I should use and what wattage?

I'm guessing it'll be either their infrared heater or ceramic heater but I'm not sure what wattage for an 18 inch terrarium

For tree frogs I highly recommend Ceramic Heat emitters. I do not think Exo Terra makes them, but they provide a long lasting heat solution that will not bake the moisture out of your tank. They also have the added benefit of producing 0 light while they heat so it can be used 24/7 in conjunction with a thermostat similar to the Hydrothem to maintain the temps of the vivarium
