    IMO the best sealant for frogs would be 100% mold free silicon. It comes in a bottle which you put in a caulk gun. Silicon can be messy, its best to buy a pack of latex gloves (or if your allergic to latex) plastic gloves. The Silicon should dry within a day or two in a heavily ventilated area. If you smell vinegar, its not ready. Good luck with your water feature!

    Problem with silicone is that even clear silicone gets slightly opaque with time, not something I want happening on my rock features
