Super worms bite. Ived worked in a petstore. I used to bag them for people. Ived gotten nasty bites from them. Try holding one by the body for a few secs or mins. You will see what Iam talking about. Also they will clog up your frogs system. Try feeding earthworms, butterworms, silkworms, roaches, even crickets are better than super worms or meal worms.
I have never gotten bitten by superworms.
