Ready for a pinkie?

I was wondering if my pacman frog is big enough for his first pinkie? I know you can only feed him a pinkie once a month. But was wondering if he is big enough for one now?

How big is he from snout to vent? By the looks of it he is bigger then that opening in the front of your log so maybe. This is one feeder I have not given because I have chosen not to feed my girl pinkies because she has serious digestion problems and it probably wouldn't end to well. If your going to I would wait till next time you find a nice big poo, then at least you know hes emptied himself out abit. And just so you know after you give him this pinkie he isn't going to eat for abit because hes going to very full.

Yes he is bigger than the opening to the log. He is a bit bigger than the size of your palm. I've just been wanting to give him a nice treat lately, and thought of giving him a pinkie if he was big enough.

If he is as big as the palm of your hand then I imagine yes. Like I said just make sure he takes a nice poop before you give it to him. And just to let you know so you don't get worried but he isn't going to eat for probably about a week after you feed him this, could even be longer.

Well I gave him his first pinky tonight and he sucked it down LOL. I think he liked it a lot haha.

Im glad to hear he enjoyed it, I wouldn't even bother to offer him food now for at least week. He is going to need time to digest that size of a meal. I wish I could give my girl one because I know she would love it, but its not worth the risk with her digestive problems.
