Green tree frog in new vivarium seems very inactive...is this normal?

I have a red eyed tree frog and I almost never see it moving (although they are strictly nocturnal). If the food is disappearing and there is no way for the crickets to get out, then you should be okay. Also, look for poop. There have been times that the only way I know my little guy has been moving is by following the poop trails!

It could be stress. Have you covered at least three sides of the tank to help him feel a little less exposed in his new home?

Are you sure the crickets are being eaten and not just crawling into cracks or do you use a bowl to feed? Is feces appearing?

As long as food is being turned into poo, I wouldn't be concerned by apparent inactivity.

Higher humidity could be a cause- if it is able to stay hydrated sitting on a leaf then it has no reason to move to a water source. This would also not be concerning.

Also, you might want to specify what species you mean by "Green Tree Frog". edit- I see from your albums it's a Hyla cinerea.
