New-Used Dish & Decor... Safe??

I've seen Martha in the water only twice since I got her, and that was with the first dish I had for her, which no longer fits her tank (since I got her cocohut and saucer for it to sit in). She apparently hates the clear glass dishes, or can't get in and out of them comfortably, so I picked up a reptile soaker dish, and a natural rock, from Goodwill today. Now this dish thing has a weird orange ring around the inside of it, which did not come out after scrubbing with hot water & Dawn dish liquid and then rinsing with hydrogen peroxide. I'm now soaking the dish and rock in what is probably more than 10% bleach solution (can still smell it after washing and rinsing my hands three times, ugh). If I let these things soak overnight, and then rinse the heck out of them with extra strength Reptisafe water to get the chlorine out, should all possible uggys be killed off and the dish and rock safe for use in Martha's tank??
