Waterfall Pump Stopped Working

I had the pump foamed into the wall so it would be well hidden. Today it stopped working after I plugged in one of those devices that lets you control lights and other things with your smartphone. I've tried cleaning it out and everything so its not clogged its just dead it seems. What we be the best way to go about removing it? I'm probably just going to buy a fogger now but I hear that get clogged a lot how can I stop that as well.

What do you mean what is the best way to remove it? It can't be foamed in anything. When doing builds with any working parts you need to make sure you have anytime access to it. Do you have an access? If not you need to make one.

Well since it's foamed into the background and it doesnt work anymore making an access wont help anymore so now I have to remove it. and i was looking for a way to do it without totally destroying my tank.
