It is a reed frog, probably a "painted reed frog" ie. (Hyperolius marmoratus. sp). Species with the reed frog complex often tend to be poorly defined. "Hyperolius marmoratus" is a name that covers a number of different species or sub-species.

I would agree with Seth. There is a white, patternless color morph of Hyperolus marmoratus. There is a variation that has reddish feet.
