Help! Red eyed tree frog isn't doing well.

75 watt heat lamp x 2, one red one night time purple/blue

I have an led light on their tank. Current satellite one for freshwater aquariums

I change the water bowl every night, spot clean daily, clean out the majority of the substrate every week or so

I use a small dust pan to scoop most of the peat moss out, usually I try to go around the live plants. Replace with fresh. I wipe down any dirty leaves and the sides of the tank with distilled water

My concern with this frog is that he isn't eating. He is much thinner than my other red eye and hasn't been thriving since I got him.
