    Oh boy... Would you please post a pic of that sore? How old is a frog?

    I agree with irThumper in general, except if you can't find a vet specifically experienced with frogs, I think it would be okay to send the fecal test to a general exotic vet. It would be better to find someone experienced, of course, but an inexperienced vet can confer with more experienced ones online. That's what mine did.

    Unfortunately the little guy passed away the sore looked like it was getting better. Here's what the sore looked like

    So sorry to hear that I notice he had some lime green spots on him too... I've read on here before that those are generally a sign of some kind of bacterial infection. I wouldn't buy anything from that pet store again, the guy scammed this poor sick frog off on you. That's just not right!

    I've bought from this pet store before, that's where I got my current dumpy frog named toaster. I believe it was the breeder at the reptile shows indescretion that caused the poor little guy to pass.
