Frog/Amphibian Rescue Sites?

Hi, was wondering if there are any good frog or general amphibian rescue sites out there worthy of a donation or two for Christmas/New Years? I tried contacting a local reptile rescue to see if they also did frogs, but instead of understanding that I wished to make a monetary donation they thought I wanted to get rid of my frogs because they have coccidiosis! Long story short, I'll pass them by for the donation and I am KEEPING my frogs! (They're all about the scaly end of things anyway, not about 'phibs).

Hmm, I don't think amphibians are popular enough pets to have any rescue services. How about an environmental charity tht works with frogs and wetland instead? I'll leave it to other people to suggest a good one.

Isn't that sad though? Frogs are people too! Little green (or blue or brown or honey or red or multi-colored) people... lol

I am with Elly, look for a foundation that works with research and preservation of amphibs in the wild. I looked for amphib rescue groups a couple of years ago to adopt from and found none.

Wild amphibians are seriously in need of rescue though. Whether it's insuring clean water, studying funguses, or breeding rare species in captivity I hope there's a charity that does it somewhere.

Save the frogs, tree walkers intl, are a couple dedicated to frogs. There's also Tesoro, but I am not 100% of the foundation name.

If you truly want to make a donation where it will actually be used to improve the life of animals. I suggest you donate to your local rescue shelter. Even if they do not deal with a amphibians. Most large scale organizations actually donate, on average, less than 50% of donations received. Appallingly, a lot are less than 20%. There are plenty of small scale wild life rescues you could donate to as well.
