    Default New african bullfrog

    Hey all,

I have been keeping pacman frogs for a few months and when the opportunity arose recently I jumped on it to own a GABF! I believe it to be a male but who knows. It was given to me for free by a coworker of mine and she got it from hamburg a little while back!! But either way here is a pic I got of it before closing the QT tank.

I think I will name it bubba.

Agree that is a dwarf; P. edulis. Tell tell signs are the skin mottled pattern; yellow mid-line, and body shape. Looks nice and healthy to me .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !

Yes I heard they are rare and I have never seen one period. Would love to find a female for him eventually but hey a free frog is always great in my eyes lol.
