im a getting a BLUE AZUREUS TINCTORIUS DART FROG
or a Dendrobates leucomelas
maybe a Epipedobates tricolor 'Santa Isabel'
and i know of bamboo and do pothos have no light or low light?
and what plants have no light
Plants need lights to conduct photosynthesis; there is no such thing as "no light" plants. Also, don't think your darts will fare well in darkness. You can keep them in a room with indirect window ambient light if so desired and decorate enclosure with fake silk plants.
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog!
Just use a regular cfl rated at 6500k. They can be gotten almost anywhere. Plants do not need uv light to grow and thrive.
As far as low light plants, pothos, philodendrons, basically, any of the aroid family, as well as some ferns do well with low lighting. There are others I am not thinking of at the moment.
