Swolen leg and brown spot - help?

Firstly, no vets in my area can treat frogs, unfortunately.. I am wondering if it is an infection of some kind due to the way she is holding her leg out when she sleeps. I am not sure if there is anything I can do for her or not? She is 4+ years old, she has had a good life, but even if this is going to be her end, I do not want her to suffer. I also have to be out of town for 4 days starting tomorrow morning, what crappy timing! Suggestions please?
