    They might be mites and the fact you noticed them on your frog is not good . Do you have a magnifying glass (like 10x) you could get a closer look at one? In large numbers mites can stress out frogs and eventually affect them negatively .
    Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !​
